Per Prometric DSST: To help contain the potential spread of COVID-19 and to ensure the safety of candidates and our staff, Prometric has made the decision close our U.S. and Canadian test centers until April 16th.
Regarding Prometric’s DSST exams, we recognize that many colleges and universities around the country have also made the decision to close. Prometric strongly encourages centers that administer Prometric exams also abide by our corporate decision to suspend testing until April 16th. If your organization is still running test center operations, we strongly encourage that everyone follow the CDC’s guidelines for personal and public safety.
With schools operating under different procedures, we will be posting messaging on our website recommending DSST candidates contact you directly regarding your center’s operating status and/or rescheduling. If you have not already, we encourage you send out your own communications to impacted candidates. If students are unable to reschedule their exam at your location, please direct them to the DSST “Find a Test Center” page: https://www.getcollegecredit.com/search/.
Candidate Messaging:
To help contain the potential spread of COVID-19 and to ensure the safety of students and staff, many colleges and universities that administer DSST exams have temporarily closed.
If you have scheduled an upcoming DSST exam, we recommend you contact the test center immediately to confirm their status. For test centers that are still open, we strongly encourage that everyone follow the CDC’s guidelines for personal and public safety. If your test center is closed, please work with them to see if you can reschedule for a later date, or find another test center using the DSST “Find a Test Center” page: https://www.getcollegecredit.com/search/.
