Here’s a curated list of scholarships your rising 12th grader can apply for right now!  As always, I grabbed these from my favorite scholarship list JLV Consulting- love that site!

Whistleblower Education Scholarship

Amount: $1,000
Closing Date: February 28, 2021
Description: Scholarship is open to undergraduate, graduate, and law school students, as well as incoming college freshman at an accredited U.S. school. Applicant must submit an essay on a time they have stood up for something they believe in or a time they spoke out against wrongdoing.

Curwen-Guidry-Blackburn Scholarship Fund
Sponsor: Southern Bowling Congress
Amount: $750
Closing Date: March 15, 2021
Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who are residents of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, or Texas. Applicant must currently be bowling in a USBC-sanctioned league and have bowled for three out of four years in high school.

ICMA-RC Public Employee Memorial Scholarship Fund

Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate and graduate students who are children or spouses of deceased public employees who died in service to their community.

Pediatric Dentist of Tomorrow Scholarships

Description: Scholarship is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and have aspiration of entering the dental field in the future.

Houzz Scholarship Programs

Kelsey’s Law Scholarship

Amount: Up to $2,000
Closing Date: March 31, 2021
Description: Scholarship is open to 11th and 12th grade students (class of 2021 and 2022) attending any public or private Michigan high schools and have a valid Michigan driver’s license. Applicant must submit a video, graphic, or Tweet that resonates with teens and influences their driving behavior (reduce distracted driving).

Superpower Scholarships

Description: Scholarship is open to students 13 years of age or older who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and who are currently enrolled (or will enroll no later than the fall of 2027) in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher education. In a short written response, student must explain which superhero or villain they would want to changes places with for a day and why.

Chiropractic Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to current and prospective students enrolled full-time at an accredited U.S> university who are pursuing an education in the medical field (nursing, medical science, surgery, chiropractic, etc.) Applicant must submit a person essay that includes why they want a medical career.

Description: Scholarship is open to students 13 years of age or older who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are currently enrolled (or will enroll no later than the fall of 2027) in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher education. E-waste Scholarship

Paradigm Challenge

Description: Challenge is open to students aged 4 to 18 years of age (as of May 1, 2021) worldwide. Applicants may work in a team or alone to use kindness, creativity, and collaboration to help solve real-life problems.

Visionary Scholarship Program

Description: Scholarship is open to high school freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are United States citizens or eligible non-citizens. Applicant must submit an essay on why college is important to them.

Fifth Month Scholarship

Closing Date: May 31, 2021
Description: Scholarship is open to students 13 years of age or older who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are currently enrolled (or will enroll no later than the fall of 2026) in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher education. Applicant must “write a letter to the number five explaining why five is important.”

$500 High School Senior Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to legal residents of the United States or international students with a valid visa who are high school seniors in the Class of 2021.
