What is the UL program?
ASU’s Universal Learner program, formerly known as the Earned Admissions program, is a unicorn in the college world. Students of any age in any part of the world can sign up for regionally accredited (the gold standard) college courses with no hassles, no need to send your transcripts, no red tape, no placement tests, and no risk to a student’s GPA. If the student doesn’t get the grade they want, simply do not pay the $400 at the end of the course and there is no record of the course. Retake the courses as many times as is needed for just a minimal $25 sign-up fee. Find out the full scope of the program.
How to Sign Up

We have been trying since September, to register our boys for ASU and have been unable to. The number we were given to reach out to, no one is there and no return calls. I also tried to join the FB group and have not been able to. Maybe I am already a member. I don’t know. I would love for our 3 children to take classes at ASU. Our 11th grader wants to build his own computer and I encouraged him to do so as long as he is able to get credits for it. I would love some assistance and guidance. Thank you in advance.
Oh Sharon I hate hearing about these frustrations, let me see if I can help you get right-side up. I have 3 steps for you below. Please email me directly if these suggestions do not help. Cookderosa@gmail.com
(1) ASU Portal for HS4CC families: https://ea.asu.edu/partners/hs4cc
*go into that portal and click “register now” if it allows it, then you can proceed- if not, it will take you to the initial steps will get their ASURITE number set up. Since you have 3 students, it is possible that the computer thinks all 3 are the same person- that I don’t know- but please try this step and let me know what happens.
(2) Contact for ASU: https://ea.asu.edu/about/contact-us (note that there are specific business hours)
(3) HS4CC ASU Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/ASU4Homeschool
I looked, and we have 5 people with the first name Sharon in that FB group. When you click the link, if you have permission to post, then you are already joined. If you do not, it will say “join now” which you can then do.
