Scholarships in 9th grade? Yes!

Even with your perfect HS4CC plan in place, we want you to win scholarships for the remaining credits. Very few scholarships restrict you from winning NOW to use LATER, and a few are even for the younger students. Let the stockpiling begin.

Shout It Out Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to students 13 years of age or older who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are currently enrolled (or will enroll in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher education in the future. Applicant will need to submit a short response to a given prompt.

Apprentice Ecologist Initiative Youth Scholarship Program

Description: Scholarships are open to students between the ages of 13 and 21 who are candidates for a degree/diploma at a primary (middle school), secondary (high school), or accredited post-secondary educational institution from any country around the world. Applicant must conduct their own environmental stewardship project in 2022.

Huntington’s College Scholarship Sweepstakes

Description: Sweepstakes is open to high school students and their parents or guardians who are legal residents of the United States.

Illustrators of the Future Contest

Description: Scholarship is open to high school students in grades 9-12 and current college or graduate school students. Applicant must complete a short form and share a 140-character statement explaining why they will not text and drive.

Visionary Scholarship Program

Description: Scholarship is open to high school freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are United States citizens or eligible non-citizens. Applicant must submit an essay on why college is important to them.
