If your child is under the age of 13, please download and complete the CLEP Account Creation Consent Form, and return by fax to 610-628-3726 or by U.S. mail to CLEP, PO Box 6600, Princeton, NJ 08541-6600. We are happy to create the account on your child’s behalf.
