Chapter 2 (Working Draft)

FREE TUITION FOR EVERYONE

Kid, you’ll move mountains! Today is your day! Your mountain is waiting. So get on your way!  – Dr. Suess

What’s better than free?  Believe it or not, some colleges have generous donations and huge endowments committed to keeping the cost of education to the absolute minimum.  If you’re fortunate enough to gain admittance, the following colleges waive 100% of tuition costs for all admitted students.  In some cases, the student may qualify for grants or scholarships to pay additional costs like books, transportation, meals, or dormitories.  As expected, admission to these colleges is extremely competitive.  There are a handful of colleges that used to waive 100% of tuition but have discontinued their programs.  I’ll include those colleges for reference since you’ll still find outdated lists floating around on the internet.
